Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served and the crew is well trained. You will keep the line clean, organized, and ensure proper equipment function while supporting various office duties.

The role requires hands-on leadership, knowledge of food safety, cash handling policies, and the ability to train and develop crew members. Competitive compensation and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and properly functioning.
• Train and develop the front of house Crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Assist with office administration duties and supplies management.
• Develop future Service Leaders and support continuous improvement.
