Job summary

Chick-fil-A Campus Martius is seeking a Front of the House Manager to lead the dining area’s daily operations at our new location. You will ensure guests receive exceptional service, maintain a welcoming environment, and oversee scheduling, training, and staff development.

As a key member of the opening team, you will collaborate with kitchen staff, uphold health and safety standards, analyze service metrics, and contribute to promotional events that engage the community and drive sales.

• Previous managerial experience in restaurant or hospitality preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proven problem-solving skills and handling customer feedback promptly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire front-of-house staff.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences with hospitality and service excellence.
• Manage front-of-house operations including scheduling, staffing, and inventory.
• Train, develop, and mentor team to meet Chick-fil-A’s service standards and expectations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain seamless service and resolve issues.
• Uphold health, safety, and food quality standards in compliance with guidelines.
• Track and analyze service metrics to drive high performance and improvement.
• Assist in marketing initiatives and promotional events to boost engagement and sales.
