Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead our guest-facing team and deliver best-in-class service. You will coach and develop staff, manage opening/closing shifts, and ensure every area of the venue runs smoothly while maintaining Topgolf’s high-energy standards.

The role requires coordinating staffing, scheduling, and ongoing team development, with a focus on guest satisfaction, safety, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law.

Responsibilities

• Lead the guest experience and manage front of house operations.
• Coach and develop team members, hire and schedule.
• Open and close shifts, manage staffing and safety procedures.
• Monitor metrics to improve performance and profitability.
