Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to ensure safe, high-quality food and an excellent customer experience. You will train and support the restaurant crew, maintain a clean, efficient line, and help manage shifts and office tasks.

The role requires knowledge of cash handling and food safety, plus the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively. High school diploma and restaurant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• A high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience with safe, quality food prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and with functioning equipment.
• Be on your feet while clocked in, and assist when not busy.
• Ensure crew is well trained and provides good customer service.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and future leadership development.
• Assist with office duties like banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and available.
