Job summary

Minnesota-Sports-and-Entertainment is seeking a Manager, Guest Experience to serve as the on-duty leader during events at venues in the Twin Cities. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, supervising staff, and maintaining safety and engagement across Grand Casino Arena, Roy Wilkins Auditorium, RiverCentre, and TRIA Rink.

Responsibilities include coordinating event operations, staff briefings, incident response, payroll collaboration, and continuous improvement of guest

Qualifications

One to three years of progressive customer service experience.
Customer service supervisory experience preferred.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Oversee event-day operations and lead front-line staff to ensure safety and exceptional guest experience.
Coordinate staff assignments, materials, and pre-event planning based on past events.
Lead pre-event staff meetings and communicate safety procedures and guest service priorities.
Supervise part-time staff, address performance issues, and ensure departmental standards.
