Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary leader for event and non-event security operations, directing incidents and emergencies.
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing for Target Center security, including payroll-related functions.
• Support recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention of part-time Security staff.
• Deliver initial and ongoing training for Security personnel, including new-hire and annual department training.
• Provide leadership during security, medical, and guest incidents and ensure proper documentation and escalation.
• Develop security and emergency preparedness training for full-time staff and conduct tabletop exercises.
