The role combines leadership with VIP guest engagement, ensuring proactive service recovery and a positive atmosphere for guests and associates.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of progressive hospitality leadership experience.
• High School diploma required; hospitality-related degree preferred.
• Experience with onboarding, training, and employee engagement programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as ambassador of the hotel’s service culture and lead guest satisfaction initiatives.
• Oversee Front Office operations and room readiness coordination.
• Lead onboarding and orientation programs for Front Office staff and provide coaching and feedback.
• Develop and sustain a positive atmosphere for guests and associates to ensure service excellence.
