Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to join our store leadership team in Sioux Falls. You will oversee daily guest interactions, deliver technical product education, and drive sales performance on the floor while supporting team development.

You will open and close the store, review daily metrics, participate in hiring, and provide in-the-moment coaching to foster an inclusive, high-energy environment for guests and teammates.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation
• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience and education on products
• Open and close the store according to procedures
• Review daily metrics and motivate the team toward sales goals
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and coaching
• Act as Supervisor on Duty (SOD) when on the floor
• Create an inclusive, fun, productive team environment
