Chipotle Mexican Grill in Natick, MA is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a safe, high-quality dining experience and to train a friendly, efficient crew. You’ll keep the line clean and organized and step in on busy shifts, helping others complete tasks as needed.

You’ll uphold food safety, monitor line operations, and support customer service and crew development. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Understand Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsabilités

• Address customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences.
