Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a motivated manager to lead the team and daily bakery operations, including guest experience, cake production, brand presentation, and inventory control. You will guide staff, ensure a welcoming environment, and drive performance with coaching and clear goals.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic scheduling, and hands-on involvement in payroll and inventory processes to support a top national brand known for guest service and quality cakes.

• Performs administrative functions, including payroll processing, sales, labor and product inventory reporting, and basic accounting procedures.
