Job summary

Freddy's Freehold is seeking a hands-on Assistant General Manager / Shift Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will lead staff, coach on service standards, and drive daily operations to achieve quality, timeliness and profitability.

You will partner with management to hire, train and retain team members, while modeling hospitality and ensuring compliance with procedures. Growth opportunities exist for high performers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a shift lead or manager in full service, casual dining or quick service restaurant.
• Experience in hiring, training, and retaining employees is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Company SOPs are followed and Freddy's standards of quality, timeliness and service are maintained.
• Lead by example with professional image, attitude and communication.
• Review and approve staff schedules and forecasts; coordinate opening/closing activities.
• Complete operational checklists daily and ensure cash handling procedures are followed.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and maintain guest satisfaction as a top priority.
