Job summary

Dash In, part of the Wills Group family, is hiring a Guest Experience Manager in La Plata, MD to lead the Front of House team and partner with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional guest service and drive operational excellence.

This role focuses on customer service, sales growth, team development, adherence to brand standards, inventory and labor management, and safe 24/7 operations. You may serve as Store Manager when needed. Dash In is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of retail, food service, customer service, or operations experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and overnights.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and coach team members.
• Lead daily Front of House operations.
• Ensure outstanding guest service.
• Maintain inventory and reduce product loss.
• Drive sales while controlling labor and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and safety procedures.
• Prepare for and successfully complete third-party inspections.
• Build a positive, engaging team culture.
