Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served. You will supervise a restaurant crew, maintain an organized line, and ensure equipment functions properly while building a capable team.

The role requires hands-on leadership, training, and coordination of shift schedules, with a focus on food safety, customer service, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with food safety and health department matters.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized; ensure proper functioning equipment.
• Monitor hand washing, gloves, time/temperature, and shelf lives per policies.
• Resolve customer incidents and strive for positive experiences.
• Manage crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Support Crew performance reviews and leadership development.
• Assist with office administration and banking policies.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are available.
• Maintain adequate supply levels on the line.
