Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and a well-trained crew. The role requires staying on feet, managing line operations, and assisting with training and daily tasks to support smooth service.

You will contribute to a clean kitchen, uphold food safety standards, and help resolve customer issues while coordinating breaks and shift changes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and health department standards.
• Experience in a restaurant setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient line with properly functioning equipment.
• Ensure high quality food is prepared and served to guests.
• Assist with training and evaluating crew performance.
• Support food safety practices including hand washing and glove changes.
• Resolve customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Oversee crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Assist with office tasks and administrative duties as needed.
