Job summary

Five Below in Southfield, MI is seeking a store leadership professional to manage front-end operations and mentor crew members to deliver the Five Below customer service standard.

You will train staff, drive store to meet customer service score goals, supervise daily procedures, and partner with the store manager on recruiting and development while ensuring signage and merchandising meet brand standards. Hourly position starting at $16.73.

• 2+ years of management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to meet customer service goals.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee front-end merchandising and store cleanliness.
• Open and close the store; manage safety and procedures.
• Retain and develop crew; assist recruitment and coaching.
• Coordinate with store manager on communications and tasks.
