Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is looking for a Service Leader to ensure safe, quality food and an exceptional customer experience. You will train and support the restaurant crew, maintain a clean line, and assist with scheduling and office tasks as needed.

The role emphasizes food safety, training, and developing future leaders, with a focus on hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality, great tasting food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and maintain food safety standards.
• Monitor line, schedule breaks, shift changes, and meetings.
• Cross-train front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders and assist with office duties when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and functioning equipment.
