Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in the United States is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served. You will keep a clean, organized line and train crew, with a focus on service excellence and safety.

The role involves hands-on duties on the restaurant floor, supervision of crew, and collaboration with management to uphold Chipotle's standards and policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies.
• Familiarity with food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety practices, including hand washing, glove changes and time/temperature monitoring.
• Assist with handling customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, meetings and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Support development of future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office duties and ensure office supplies are ordered.
