Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold safe, high-quality food on the line and supervise a restaurant crew to deliver great customer service.

You will train staff, monitor line efficiency, manage breaks and shifts, and contribute to office tasks while promoting Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.

Applicants should have a high school diploma and restaurant experience, plus knowledge of cash handling, food safety, and basic office paperwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with food safety and health department matters.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety practices: hand washing, glove changes, time and temperature monitoring, shelf-life checks, and Daily Food Safety Checklist compliance.
• Resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with banking, cash handling policies and office paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained/ordered.
• Ensure supplies availability.
