• Leads store to achieve customer service score goals.
• Oversees front-end operations and merchandising standards.
• Maintains front-end equipment and safety compliance.
• Handles opening/closing, cleanliness, and recovery.
• Partners with store manager to recruit, coach and supervise crew.
• Reviews corporate communications and acts accordingly.
• Works with leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery.
• Performs stockroom and store maintenance tasks.
