Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and high-quality food is prepared and served. The role includes keeping a clean, well‑staffed line and training crew members to deliver excellent service.

The Service Leader will monitor safety practices, assist with breaks and shifts, and support office tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly. This is a full‑time on-site opportunity at our Indianapolis location.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Be on your feet while clocked in; assist with tasks when not busy.
• Support food safety practices including hand washing, glove changes, time and temperature monitoring.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Help develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration, banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure availability of supplies and equipment in good working order.
