Job summary

Five Below in Hurricane, UT is seeking a capable store supervisor to drive customer experience and front-end operations. You will lead crew, train staff, manage openings and closings, and partner with the store manager to hit service and merchandising goals.

Qualifications

• High School Graduation or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew WOWs the Customer through personal contact and trains on the BEST customer service experience.
• Leads the store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals.
• Leads front end operations and merchandising to brand standards; ensures equipment is working and staff trained.
• Handles opening/closing procedures and maintains store cleanliness and readiness for customers.
• Performs store manager duties in the manager's absence.
• Partners with the store manager to recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew members.
• Reviews corporate communications and responds accordingly.
• Collaborates with leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery.
• Maintains stock room and performs store maintenance tasks.
• Other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
