Job summary

Five Below in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a store leader to drive customer service excellence and smooth daily operations. You will supervise crew, manage front-end merchandising, and ensure brand standards are met while opening and closing the store with a focus on safety and cleanliness.

The role requires at least 2 years of managerial experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Overnight and weekend availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assigned store to achieve customer service score goals.

• Open/close procedures; maintain store cleanliness and stock readiness.
• Recruit, train, coach, develop and supervise crew members.
• Collaborate with store manager on staffing and initiatives.
• Perform routine store maintenance and safety duties.
• Communicate effectively with customers and management.
