Job summary

Ruby Falls is seeking Ticket Lobby Hosts to greet guests in the Ticketing Atrium and help them purchase tickets, with a cheerful, outgoing demeanor. You will coach fellow front line team members and assist with daily operations of the ticketing desk.

Responsibilities include handling refunds and questions, checking in groups, loading tours, and sometimes acting as a tour guide or driving the 15-passenger van. A valid driver's license and being at least 25 are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years old.
• Must have valid driver's license with acceptable MVR.
• Background check required.
• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with purchasing tickets, refunds, questions, and/or complaints courteously and efficiently.
• Ensure daily operations of ticketing desk and other areas are running smoothly.
• Provide excellent customer service following Give 'Em the Pickle standards.
• Check-In groups.
• Adhere to all cashiering procedures.
• Announce and load tours.
• Monitor tours in cave.
• Provide leadership, support, and supervision to front line staff.
• Understand staff schedule, schedule needs and cover shifts as needed.
• Work as Tour Guide as needed.
• Drive the 15-passenger van as needed.
• Other duties as needed or assigned.
