Ruby Falls LLC in Chattanooga, TN invites energetic team players to join our retail crew delivering warm hospitality as guests shop for merchandise and explore local attractions.

As a Retail Team Member you will assist guests with purchases, answer questions about products and events, maintain clean, organized spaces, and work with a POS system to process payments. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience helpful but not required.
• Must be available weekends and holidays.
• Ability to handle money and provide accurate change.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate with guests.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with purchases.
• Operate the POS system and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of the shop area.
• Stock and tag merchandise.
• Answer customer questions about products and local events.
