Job summary

Ruby Falls is seeking an energetic parking/outside services team member to greet guests, guide traffic, and assist with parking and exits. You will help deter criminal activity while following safety procedures and providing excellent guest service.

You will be responsible for directing vehicles, answering questions about tours and attractions, and maintaining a positive presence on the property. Weekend availability and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Must have valid driver's license with acceptable MVR to drive the company vehicle (18+).
• Ability to read, interpret, and respond to necessary documents.
• Ability to speak effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with traffic flow of parking lots and surrounding areas.
• Deter criminal activity and ensure safety per procedures.
• Provide friendly customer service meeting company standards.
• Direct vehicles and assist guests with parking and exits.
• Greet guests as they arrive and provide directions and information.
• Escort guests to vehicles with umbrella when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and security of parking areas.
• Respond to parking lot emergencies with sound judgment.
