Job summary

TOCA Soccer is seeking a Lead Experience Associate at our Wixom, MI center. You will lead a shift, hype the team, and ensure an outstanding guest experience from entry to exit. This role requires energy, warmth, and a readiness to manage front desk operations with the General Manager reporting line.

You’ll train teammates, coordinate check-ins and events, and keep the center running smoothly while upholding TOCA’s service standards. Nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience or natural take‑charge energy.
• Customer‑focused attitude and ability to work with guests.
• Tech confidence with Google Suite and scheduling tools.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs and stay on your feet for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Own the Guest Experience (30%): greet guests, answer questions, handle feedback with confidence.
• Coach & Champion Your Team (25%): run the shift, delegate tasks, train teammates.
• Operations Expert (20%): keep center clean, manage check-ins and event logistics.
• Problem Solving (10%): resolve guest issues quickly with solutions.
• Communication (10%): share updates with leadership and teammates.
• Admin But Make it Snappy (5%): handle waivers, payments, and light reporting.
• TOCA Culture (100%): model service standards and foster a cohesive culture.
