Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must have the ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation methods.
• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience, including managing business operations and administration and managing projects or processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to build, manage, and develop team members.
• Create an inclusive team environment and coach performance.
• Partner with managers to review business data and inform planning.
• Maintain product presentation and in-store merchandising.
• Open and close the store following procedures.
