Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Loveland, Ohio is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store operations, deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience, and supervise associates during 37-40 hours weekly on 1st-3rd shifts.

You will ensure safe, compliant, and efficient shift execution, manage daily duties, and maintain store conditions, while handling alcohol and tobacco sales legally. This role requires strong customer service, teamwork, and ability to train staff; wage range $14.75-$16.75 per hour is offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to lift at least 10 pounds and handle physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage other associates, coach and train shift leaders and staff.
• Oversee store administration, ordering and paperwork as directed.
• Maintain guest services and the Hi Five guest experience.
• Prepare DipSide items and operate POS/Gas Console accurately.
• Stock shelves and ensure proper product rotation and cleanliness.
• Maintain store security and safe cash handling.
• Ensure maintenance and proper refrigeration temperatures.
• Complete time records and other reporting.
