Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise store operations and staff, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, efficient facility. The role requires self-motivation to support managers and drive PFJ's quality standards.

Pay starts between $14.20 and $21.10 per hour; candidates should be able to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays. A background check is required, and benefits include a nationwide medical plan and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations.
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture.
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check is required.
