Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise restaurant staff and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, be self-motivated, and assist managers in keeping facilities well-maintained and running smoothly.

Knowledge of store operations and PFJ's commitment to quality and service is essential. Starting pay ranges from $16.50 to $24.87 per hour, with benefits including wide medical, dental/vision, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, tuition

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture.
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check is required.
