You’ll coach, mentor, and develop colleagues, assist with hiring, manage performance, and support merchandising, scheduling, and store performance to drive guest satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience.
• Experience leading retail teams and delivering guest experiences.
• Strong merchandising and store operations understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Coach, mentor and develop store colleagues; support hiring and performance management.
• Oversee merchandising, scheduling, and store presentation to meet brand standards.
