Event Network is seeking a Key Holder to support store management in delivering exceptional guest service and smooth daily operations. You will handle guest sales, assist with merchandising, and ensure accurate checkout procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience as a keyholder or supervisor in a retail environment.
• Merchandising experience organizing and presenting products that are visually appealing.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a service mindset.
• Must be 21 for Liquor sales.
• Position requires flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, morning and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide quality guest service.
• Engage guests with suggestive selling to increase sales.
• Be knowledgeable about products, promotions, targets, KPI goals, and new products.
• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, restocking, and rotation of merchandise.
• Follow appearance and dress standards.
• Process transactions accurately in the POS system, including cash, cards, discounts, and charges.
• Complete store paperwork and procedures for operations, reporting, counts, opening/closing.
• Recognize security risks and protect assets.
• Follow laws and company policies for operations, timekeeping, loss prevention, and HR policies.
• Collaborate with staff to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
