Job summary

Event Network, LLC is seeking a driven Key Holder to join our Hawaii locations. You’ll work with management to deliver exceptional guest service, assist with sales processing, restocking, and daily store operations to ensure smooth, memorable experiences for visitors.

The role requires 21+ for liquor sales, flexible weekend/holiday availability, and a friendly, service-minded attitude. You’ll help uphold company standards, support merchandising, and assist with opening and closing procedures in

Qualifications

• Experience as a keyholder or supervisor in a retail environment.
• Merchandising experience organizing and presenting products to be visually appealing.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a service mindset.
• Must be 21 for Liquor sales.
• Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, mornings and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide quality guest service to every shopper.
• Engage guests with suggestive selling and promote promotions.
• Be knowledgeable about products, promotions, KPIs and new arrivals.
• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, restocking and rotation.
• Process transactions accurately in cash register system.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and paperwork.
• Protect store assets and follow loss prevention policies.
• Work with team to achieve store goals and create a positive environment.
