Responsibilities

• Work with a team delivering exceptional experiences with high quality food and beverage.
• Create relationships with the community through genuine engagement and guest care.
• Follow Rocky Mountain Hospitality standards to deliver on promises.
• Answer phones and coordinate reservations and/or information delivery as well as to-go orders.
• Greet guests upon arrival and coordinate their dining experience in a timely manner.
• Work with service team to ensure that the guest is taken care of from start to finish.
