Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation in Great Falls, MT is seeking a friendly Host to protect and evolve our restaurant's culture through attentive guest care, teamwork, and a positive first impression.

In this role you will greet guests, answer phones, coordinate reservations, and assist the service team to ensure a smooth start-to-finish dining experience while learning our Rocky Mountain Hospitality standards. Experience is welcome, but we will train you; bring a can-do attitude and a genuine smile.

The Host has an important role of protecting, maintaining and evolving the restaurants' culture through adhering, teaching and preserving the integrity of our customer standards. Food and beverage are at the heart of the definition of our culture and business. The Host contributes to the success of the restaurant by controlling the flow of Guests within the restaurant. The Host’s responsibility is to create a positive first and last professional image for our Guests and to support all team members.

In your role, you will be:

• Working side by side with a team delivering exceptional experiences with high quality food and beverage.

• Answering the phones and coordinating reservations and/or information delivery as well as to-go orders.
