Job summary

SA Hospitality Group invites motivated hosts/hostesses to welcome guests, seat parties, and coordinate with management to follow seating plans. You will greet customers with a friendly demeanor, assist with reservations or walk-ins, and help maintain a clean and organized dining area.

Role requires basic English communication, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. This position supports front-of-house operations during high-volume service periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and seat as directed by management.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication.
• Answer phones and provide information; arrange bookings.
• Clear and reset tables; assist with opening tasks as needed.
• Handle guest complaints and special requests when required.
• Assist with coat check duties if assigned.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and maintain professionalism.
• Support staff with service steps, including food delivery.
