Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Team Leader to guide a team on Apparel & Accessories, delivering exceptional guest service and executing visual merchandising plans. You will oversee daily operations, coach associates, and ensure safe, efficient store flow while meeting sales goals.

You will lead by example, manage workload with your direct leader, and uphold safety and loss-prevention standards while promoting inclusivity and excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 18+ years of age or older.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of consultants delivering guest experiences.
• Ensure adherence to Target's guest experience commitments and store standards.
• Plan and execute floor coverage, merchandising, and backroom processes to support sales and guest needs.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
