Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to join our store leadership team in Houston. You will drive on-floor guest interactions, deliver technical product education, and support daily sales goals.

You will supervise, open/close shifts, and contribute to hiring, onboarding, and performance development, ensuring an inclusive, high-energy store environment. 1 year retail experience preferred, strong communication and leadership skills are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring or delegating with others.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent or above.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver the lululemon guest experience framework.
• Provide technical product education to guests and support team members.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty and open/close the store per procedures.
• Review daily data to track sales goals and motivate the team.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and staff development.
