Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality is seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor to oversee daily dining services, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences at our North Manchester location. You will collaborate with leadership to maintain high standards of service and presentation, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth event execution.

The role emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and adherence to food safety standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 - 3 years’ experience in similar position.
• Specialized training in catering.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of daily dining services to ensure client and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise staff in execution of events.
• Assist with event planning, menu writing and cost control alongside Chef Manager or Chef.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices.
