lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead for the Kings' Shops Pop-Up on the Big Island, Hawaii. This contract role supports store leadership, delivering technical product education, and driving daily sales targets.

You will lead the floor, act as Supervisor on Duty, participate in hiring, coach team, and foster an inclusive guest experience. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and available for varied shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating to others
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent

Responsibilities

• Provide technical product education to guests
• Assist in store operations and meet daily sales targets
