Job summary

lululemon is seeking a full-time Educator for our Hawaii store to deliver world-class guest experiences. You will share product education, assist guests with informed purchases, and connect with the local community while upholding lululemon’s culture.

You will move across the floor, support store operations, and collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming, inclusive, and premium shopping environment. Availability includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have the Right to Work evidence relating to local requirements (EMEA only)
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a way that values guests’ time
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase solutions and support
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product
• Represent a seamless end-to-end guest experience through accurate transactions and omnichannel programs
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and store needs
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with leadership to make it right for guests
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment
• Establish productive relationships with team members and collaborate to ensure optimal guest experience
• Perform product presentation tasks per company standards
• Use in-store technology to support store operations
• Maintain a clean, luxury store environment
• Adhere to safety policies and applicable laws and procedures
