McDonald’s is hiring Guest Experience Leaders in Westminster, CO. This posting is for a role with an independent franchisee; the franchisee is your employer, not McDonald’s USA, and will handle hiring and scheduling.

You’ll work in a fast-paced restaurant, take orders, help customers, and contribute to a positive dining experience. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $16.50 per hour (DOE) with availability.

• Work in a fast-paced environment, multitask and connect with customers to ensure a positive experience
• Help customers order meals and handle payments
• Prepare all menu items and assemble orders
• Collaborate with Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant
