Job summary

McDonald's Works for Me! is seeking a Guest Experience Leader to join our busy restaurant team. You will greet guests, assist with ordering, help customers at the kiosks, and ensure guests are satisfied with their experience.

You’ll work a flexible schedule between 8am and 8pm, with part-time or full-time opportunities. You’ll also gain on-the-job learning, employee discounts and meal benefits, and chances for advancement through our Archways to Opportunity programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years; 14/15 with valid school work permit in some states.
• Willingness to learn, grow and work in a fast-paced team.
• Able to work part-time or full-time hours between 8am and 8pm.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and communicate with them while taking orders.
• Assist guests with using the ordering kiosks.
• Provide extra hands and support to guests who need help.
• Check in with guests after pickup to ensure satisfaction.
• Offer kid treats and maintain friendly service.
• Collaborate with the restaurant team to relay feedback and recommendations.

Requirements

All you'll need is an outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow and the capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment. We'll teach you the rest.
