Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Front of House Manager in Virginia Beach to lead our guest-facing team, coaching staff, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. You will manage openings, closings, shifts, and staffing while supporting development and culture across the venue.

The role requires 2+ years in venue management, a high school diploma, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Salary range is $51,500–$62,500 with full benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management or supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Guest Experience by setting the daily service standard and staying visible on the floor.
• Coach and develop the team, overseeing hiring, onboarding, and scheduling.
• Manage operations, including opening/closing procedures, shift management, and inventory needs.
• Uphold standards and culture by living Topgolf's values and maintaining safety and guest satisfaction.
