Responsibilities

• Coach, train, and motivate front desk associates.
• Handle guest concerns with grace and urgency.
• Monitor cash handling, shift reports, and compliance with brand and safety standards.
• Jump in wherever needed—answer phones, update the reader board, or assist VIP arrivals.
