• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Uniforms must be neat, clean, and pressed with a name tag.

Responsibilities

• Arrive 5 minutes early in full uniform with name tag.
• Log shifts, check logs and company email for important items.
• Maintain front desk area cleanliness and organization.
• Log guest issues, inform next shift of carry-overs.
• Review reports and communicate with housekeeping on status changes.
• Process check-ins, collect payments, and verify reservations.
