Responsibilities

• Accurately post all charges to guests’ bills.
• Check guests in and out based on procedures.
• Provide accurate information about the resort and area.
• Answer guest questions and provide directions.
• Be accountable for cash, checks, and credit card receipts.
• Activate emergency procedures when necessary.
• Assist with faxing, copying, and message-taking.
• Answer the phone and direct calls accordingly.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as required.
