Job summary

Broward Center for the Performing Arts seeks an Event Technician to support the Performing Arts Center Authority (PACA) at BCPA and The Parker. The role includes assisting with stage production, maintenance, and event services across multiple venues, with flexible scheduling including nights and weekends.

Ideal candidates will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively in English, and maintain a professional demeanor while supporting various events and non-stage tasks

Responsibilities

• Assist with stage production and event setup to support performances at BCPA and Parker venues.
• Maintain clean and safe areas, following a clean-as-you-go policy.
• Assist with non-stage tasks such as janitorial, facilities maintenance, and event support as needed.
• Coordinate with Production Manager/ Supervisor on event details and staffing.
