Dash In, part of the Wills Group, is seeking a Guest Experience Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a food service team, overseeing prep, inventory, and safety compliance while driving guest satisfaction and sales growth.

You will contribute to operational success in a bustling, 24/7 environment and help maintain high standards of quality and service across shifts, with opportunities for growth within a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in food service, retail, or customer service.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Ability to work varied shifts (days, nights, weekends, overnights).
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing food service team.
• Oversee food preparation, inventory, and operations to ensure quality and safety.
• Maintain food safety standards and safety protocols.
• Enhance guest satisfaction through excellent service and product quality.
• Support audits and health inspections with accurate records.
• Act as acting Store Manager when needed.
