Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Manager ServSafe Certification required.
• Proven hospitality management experience with FOH operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOH operations and guest interactions from arrival to departure.
• Lead FOH staff, provide training and feedback to ensure service excellence.
• Manage bar operations, inventory, scheduling, and safety/compliance.
• Develop SOPs to boost efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor guest feedback and address issues promptly.
• Stay current with industry trends to enhance service offerings.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements.
